Talents board

Talents tab उन सभी लोगों को दिखाता है जिन्होंने आपके project में, सभी roles में submit किया है। यह applicants की समीक्षा करने और उन्हें casting process में आगे बढ़ाने का आपका मुख्य workspace है।

Columns को समझें

Column	क्या दिखाता है
Talent - Role	Talent का नाम, उनकी agency (यदि represented हैं), और जिस role के लिए उन्होंने apply किया। "MAIN" label primary role दिखाता है।
Match	Talent के profile attributes को role criteria से compare करने वाला match score।
Stage	इस role के लिए casting process में यह talent कहाँ है।
Open requests	इस talent या उनकी agency को भेजे गए कोई pending requests (उदाहरण के लिए, audition invitation)।
Notify	इस talent की agency को भेजे जाने वाले Outbox drafts।
Actions	Quick actions: talent को pass करें, या अधिक options के लिए menu खोलें।

Stage के अनुसार filter करें

Submissions के subset पर focus करने के लिए table के शीर्ष पर tabs का उपयोग करें:

• All — stage की परवाह किए बिना हर submission।
• In play — ऐसे talents जिन पर अभी भी विचार हो रहा है (Applied, Reviewing, Shortlisted, Hold)।
• Cast — जो talents confirm हो चुके हैं।
• Out — जो talents pass कर दिए गए हैं या withdraw हो गए हैं।

Talent को नए stage में move करें

Talent का नाम click करके उनकी profile खोलें। General tab पर आपको Stage progress bar मिलेगा जिसमें पाँच steps हैं: Applied → Reviewing → Shortlisted → Hold → Cast। Talent को अगले stage में advance करने के लिए TAP TO MOVE click करें, या उन्हें पीछे ले जाने के लिए कोई पहले वाला stage select करें। Full profile view के लिए देखें A talent profile।

Talent manually जोड़ें

Public application flow से गुज़रे बिना सीधे talent record बनाने के लिए + New Talent चुनें। यह तब उपयोगी है जब आप ऐसे talents के साथ काम कर रहे हों जिन्हें आप पहले से जानते हैं और आपको उन्हें application form खुद भरने की ज़रूरत नहीं है।
