June 2026

This update gives you more control over what appears on your public casting calls and adds new ways to tell talents exactly what a role involves.

Casting Directors

  • More control over your public casting-call link. You can now choose whether to show or hide individual project details — such as compensation, the number of talents you're looking for, genres, and shoot dates — directly from the share picker, with a live preview of how each value will appear.
  • New role details: Eligibility and Selection process. Each role now has dedicated fields for who can apply and how you'll choose talents. Fill them in once and they appear on both the public apply page and your casting-call emails.
  • Clearer casting-call emails. Casting-call emails now include a tidy project-context block, and every field you hide on the link is hidden in the email too — so what you share stays consistent everywhere.
  • Friendlier project form. Short descriptive labels now sit under the project form fields, making it clearer what each one is for.

Talents

  • Casting calls tell you more, up front. Apply pages now show compensation, how many talents are being sought, and any exclusivity terms — alongside the role's eligibility requirements and selection process — so you know what you're applying for before you submit.
  • Easier to read long role descriptions. Long descriptions now have a "Show more / Show less" toggle.

Fixes & improvements

  • Exclusivity durations now read naturally (for example, "1 year" instead of "1 years").
  • Wording and labels across casting calls have been tightened for clarity.
